Privacy policy

The website contact form receives your name, email, phone, route and cargo details. If you create an account in the mobile app, we store your email, password hash, profile name, company, city and any phone or WhatsApp number you provide. You may add listings, photos, saved searches and a link to office shipments. We store notification tokens and limited app activity to operate those features. Browsing and shipment tracking do not require an account.

We use this information to operate accounts, answer quote requests, display and moderate listings, link shipments and send requested notifications. Published listings show their text, route, photos and author display or company name. Other users cannot see your phone or email through the listing. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. “My location” only centres the map on your device when you tap it; the app does not send or store that location.

Supabase hosts account, listing and shipment data; Resend delivers account email; Expo and Firebase Cloud Messaging deliver Android notifications; OpenFreeMap provides map tiles and receives the network request for the map area shown. We use HTTPS for data in transit and restrict access to private account data.

In the mobile app, open Profile → Security → Delete account and confirm with your password. If you cannot access the app, email rreshrefoglulogistik@gmail.com from your account email with the subject “Delete account”; we will verify your request. Account credentials, profile details, favorites, saved searches, notifications and shipment links are removed when the account is deleted. Published listings are removed from the board but retained in an archived form without the account link, including their text, route and photos. Reports and moderation records may also remain without the account link; quote requests are handled separately. A former profile photo file may remain in private storage until a cleanup process runs, but is no longer available through the app. Contact us if you also want us to review retained material.
