It depends on the route and the transport mode: 5–8 days by air, 18–25 days by road, 30–40 days by sea.
How can I track my cargo?
A tracking number is sent to you once your cargo is registered. Enter it on the Tracking page to check the status at any time, or confirm it with your account manager.
Do you offer insurance?
Yes. We offer a broad range of cover for sea, air and road shipments, including all-risks insurance.
How is customs clearance handled?
Our customs brokers run the whole process on your behalf, from the paperwork to calculating duties.
Is there a minimum shipment size?
No. Our groupage service (LCL/LTL) means we accept small consignments as well.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer and cash payment are both possible. Regular customers are invoiced.
